show&tell
By patsi

Clip to ScrapBook
I have Show&Tell on Fridays and sometimes tie it into our themes.I divide the day up into 3 parts (a.m.,noon,p.m.) and have 5 children take turns (I have 15 students;one at a time)showing their items, but give them a time limit. As for the pushy parents that want to pick the items brought to Show&Tell; save the pet theme for the end of school year when things are more lax. I allow the students to bring one item to share, then allow for questions about the item. Two rules: no aggressive toys and we respect other people's property.
