misunderstanding

I think you misunderstood my questions. I know it is my responsibility to teach all the kids in my class, that is very well understood. I would never take a child's learning time away from them. I am a fair teacher and I can handle my class. THe gifted teacher has let some of the 5th and 6th grade math team members go into classrooms during math time to help out....I guess it is working, because the principal supports this idea, and the kids love it. I would never assume someone "taking up the slack" for me. I believe this was totally misunderstood.
