rally the parents, the news etc

This is outrageous!! I would contact every parent in my class, and any other class I could. I would call the news etc. You should not be made to feel that you have done anything wrong. The PARENTS need to take the resp. if that means getting him med. help yes! but the PARENTS need to do it, maybe if they get a visit from Child protective services or whoever that might wake them up. This did not happen overnight somewhere there has been huge med, or pysch problem growing.how sad for you and for this boy, but it is WAY beyond, "discipline" ideas.
