my file system

I have 2 file cabnets...and each drawer is labled and then inside it's filed accordingly...since I teach special ed I have weird titles but here are some...math, art activities, early childhood activities, phonics,| social studies, OT activites, and then in each drawer is a file labeled with what ever is in it...for example in the early childhood drawer there are 26 folders, one for each letter of the alphabet. In the math drawer it is divided by addition, subtraction, pattern blocks etc... I can find anything at any time...but it did take me a while to organize it. In fact now that I think about | |
it, my mom came in for about a week and organized all my files, she used to be a secretary so she didn't mind and since she's retired it got her out of the house.
