fall festival
By cindy

Clip to ScrapBook
Our school had a fall themed student cake decorating contest which supplied all the cakes for the cake walk. This also inspired the students to walk more since they made the cakes themselves!

We also had a nail driving
contest (dads love to run this one) Have a 4x4 board with nail (with big heads) started into the wood. Three or four people at a time nail until the person in charge says stop. The person who got the nail furthest in wins the prize.

Also, donuts hung from a piece of string is eaten with out hands. Have 2-3 people doing it at the same time. The person who eats it all up first wins.

(use powdered sugar ones, it really makes their face messy!)

Bean bag tosses are great for the younger crowd. you can set a bale of hay in the booth with small baskets marked with one point, two points, and three points. Give the child 3 bean bags. Add up the points if they get 9 points they get the "big" prize, etc...
