Drop a little message in a parents ear about the conditions, parents will go the distance to expose it! Write a letter, *unsigned* to your local tv station, send pictures and beg for assistance! This is ridiculous! I would tell my union rep, or send pics to the local health department and with stats on who gets sick and things that have happened. They'll investigate and that school will be cleaned up!
