Fluency Guidelines

Our school uses the "General Guidelines for Reading Fluency" by Hasbrouck & Tindal and Manzo.
By the end of second grade most students should be reading between 90-100 correct words per minute. I know there are a lot of other guidelines that have been published, but this is the one our school has adopted. I would be glad to send the K-12 guidelines to you if you have a fax number! I hope this information helps!
