I would still take a resume so that they have it in their hands. You can include classes, information about things you did in student teaching, and include your anticipated graduation date. Then when you do graduate you should send them another one. Also contact the districts you are interested in and find out if you can put your information on file and then update it later when you have your final transcript and lic. This will make things go faster for you when you are applying.
