No need for sarcasm, just bring your backup. I have a looseleaf notebook with a tab divider for each child in my class. I take extensive notes on everything I say to each child, to each child's parent, to support staff, administration, everything everything everything, and vice versa. Anything said TO me goes down in that book. I keep (of course) their work in drop files. Bring your stuff with you to the meeting and shoot down whatever nonsense is getting run up the flagpole to see if the administration will salute some ridiculous request.
