What a small, world. Imagine, someone being a bully at recess? This happens all the time. What I generally do ist tell them that if they know someone is a bully, to stay away from them. Play someone else. They have a choice. They are old enough to be able to control some of their environment and part of that is who they play with. (What they generally would say would be, "Well, she'll get my friends to not play with me..." or something of that sort, to which I reply, "Well, then, if YOUR friends would listen to her, what sort of friends would they be?" Actually, I thought you were writing about Teacher bullies. Ha ha ha.
