report cards and readers

On our report cards we're required to put if a child is above level, on level, or below level. It's the first commment on the comment part of the report card. We are required to put these for reading, writing, math, and science. We also have places to check if the child has an Academic Improvement Plan and in which subject areas, and a place to initial if the child is in danger of not passing the grade level.
