I was just wondering how many kids you have...I have 18 so I think that individual checks would be ok and then they could go onto AR reading if there is still time before our quick calendar and reading groups...Are the journals spiral notebooks or comp. books? Maybe I could just staple together some pages and they could glue them into that....I do really like this idea. I used to do a daily grammar type sheet but it took a little longer and with so little time anymore we have to let things go.
