DLP and DMP are Teacher Resource books put out by Even Moore I believe. I use the math with my 1st grades as a class activity at the end of the week. I have the DLP too but will wait until later in the year to do these.
If you have independent readers these would be a great idea for this time slot. My friend does it with her 3rd grade class each am. After O'Canada and announcements she corects if with the whole class that way those they didn't get it done or came in late can copy the correct responses and then she just checks to make sure they are handed in.

ISBN for the books. I have mine both at school and I'm home this week-end as the school is not open today. I have grade 1 but I think there is one for each grade level.
