Are You Kidding Me?!

Give the girl stickers so she won't cry?! Give her stickers when she doesn't cry? Are you KIDDING me? Obviously something is bothering this little girl and you as her teacher have a responsibility to work with her and her family to get to the root of the problem so it can be fixed, not bandaged with stickers. You also should be working with the guidance counselor. I have never heard of dealing with a sensitive issue such as this with STICKERS. Please have a little more compassion and work with her, the family, and the guidance counselor. You are, after all, her teacher.
