you can sub in a Catholic school if you meet the requirements of the public schools-basically if you have an associate's degree worth of credits. You have to apply for a sub licence which takes a couple of weeks to process. All teachers have to have a background check and be fingerprinted. The only difference in the Catholic schools, and that does differ within certain diocese, is a class you take about universal precautions and a video concerning sex: predators, deviates, harrassment, etc.
