Resentful?

You sound it. Why do you care what other people in your building are doing? Why do you care about what they get paid or what their responsibilities are? That's absolutely none of your business. Let me ask you this: What would you do if someone actually listened to you and said, "Hey! You're RIGHT! Let's just get rid of these useless people, and YOU can teach them art, music, etc.!!" The specialists have their jobs to do that are pretty darn important in my opinion, and I'm sure they couldn't care less what you get paid or what you're doing or not doing. Our specialists have duties and conferences and lessons to plan and grades to give. We're all in this together. Stop being so petty, do your own job, and worry about yourself.
