It's different for everyone
By Krissy

Clip to ScrapBook
I prefer my students pieces to be perfect with no spelling errors, proper punctuation and capitalization. I usually edit with them and we correct the mistakes together. As for the publishing part, certain writing assignments I make into a class book and others I keep in a writing folder until the end of the year. Of course it is also a good idea to have students make at least one book of their own to share with others. Most of my students hand write their published piece due to time restraints and problems logging on to the computers. Try out a couple of ideas and see what works best for you.
