I could have written your post myself. Your situation sounds a lot like mine! It sounds like we are both on the same side of the picking on situation! I can't stand it. I do just keep quiet about it and figure some day it will get better. We only have two at each grade level and the other will be retiring in the next couple of years. Remaining calm on your part is great. The other teacher will get hers some day! She is a first year teacher, right? She should be tredding lightly because if she says the wrong thing to the wrong person, she may not be returning. Good luck to you.
