various/change in assignment

In my district a full day at IA rate pays a few pennies more than a Teacher Sub-go figure. I accept both types of assignments. In the IA positions I have the great advantage of being able to observe the classroom teacher and students. I learn and adopt many classroom management tricks from these observations.It gives the teacher a chance to get to know me.It also influences my future decision to accept a teacher sub assignment for that class.
