Just some ideas:
Not getting as much one on one in school as with you.
Different rules at school
disrupted schedule. since he is not at school everyday, it is confusing for him.

possible solutions.
After he
has eaten, and napped (?) find a time you can sit down with hime ALONE> and have a nice little talk. Remind him of when he had problems before and how you solved them. Remind him of the rules you have and how even though he is not there all day every day you still expect him to obey your rules when you are with him.
Sent some kind of rewards/discipline chart for him so he can try to improve
himself.
Allow him some time alone before lunch (even 10 min) where he can 'regroup' and be ready to be in your daycare.

good luck. let us know how it goes
