Children can learn anywhere. PreK is not the only place. It sounds like your cousins daughter is doing just fine!!

You would be surprised how much kids can learn in non-traditional classrooms If she would like more information have her look at www.perpetualpreschool.com or even www.theswap.com (the latter is a homeschooling site but it has alot of ideas for preschoolers)
