What time of day is nap?

My kids sleep at the end of the day from
1-2,after all the curriculm is over. When its time to get up from nap my kids have a to line up on their number for a bathroom trip and I pick up the mats so that its done quickly. Is it possible to do nap later in the day? Could you do math before nap? I think all kids need a short nap or a time to rest even if they don't sleep. Oh yea, we sleep with our shoes on!(that might be a help)
