I can relate to what you're saying. I have a hard time coming up with creative ideas too! I've found that Scholastic is a great place to look. I have a really good book from Scholastic that gives awesome ideas for different kinds of book reports. Many of the Scholastic books also give leveled activities so you can differentiate.
