I always just say, "oh you're telling." No more, no less. If you don't give it your attention, they may stop. Sometimes, I'll ask them, "are ya bleeding?" When they say no, then I'll say, then you're telling. I don't have too much in first grade. But last year when I did Kindergarten, there was a lot of it.
