Eye sight

Hmmm... I'm not sure. But my first graders are fascinated by my glasses, and can not comprehend the idea of "not being able to see" without them. I told them everything is all fuzzy, and they thought it would be "cool" if everything looked that way. They just didn't get it!

Maybe ask them to close their eyes and then tell you how many fingers you're holding up. They SHOULDN'T be able to tell you, and that'd be an intro to what eyes do.
