Were you a member of the local agency there at the time that this occurred? Here in Kentucky we have KEA. They would help protect me in a situation like this. If you were a member then, check and see if you can join and have them take the case. Paying those dues will be cheaper than a lawyer. I wish you the best of luck!!!
