planning time

This two hour time is not every day or week. This is something they give us once every six weeks, on short notice.But like I said, It really is a waste of time. I, too, am at school at 6:30 am and usually dont leave until| 5 or 6. This two hour period just seemed like it was taking away from teaching my kiddos; or I could have used this time to actually plan meaningful lessons. Oh, and by the way, it turns out she didnt even look at them. Even if she did, she would automatically make the assumption that if I had only 76% passing in math, that I am completely screwing up. Not that the report card only had | |
3 items, and if they missed one, they failed the math portion. Of course. She knows best. Even though she never has taught Kinder before.
Just frustrated!!
