Hesitate

If I were you, I would hesitate on filing, unless these issues are directly toward you. If it is the fact that they are not doing their job, I would hold up. If they are singling you out and reprimanding you for no reason or being unfair then I would. Has anyone else made mention of doing this? Keep your ears open listening for comments from co-workers. Just hang on to the documentation and keep documenting. There may be a time that you need it.
