I have been substituting in three school districts for three years now. I frequently come accross and teach the same students or see some familiar students. Sometimes I remember their names. Sometimes I have to ask for their names to jog my memory. I must see and teach hundreds of students in a school year. I tell the students if I don't remember their names it is becuase they were in the middle regarding behavior. I tend to only remember the very good students and the very bad students.
