I looked at defense schools for teaching and they told me my 10 plus years substituting wasn't enough experience for them. Needed my own classroom for 3 years. If I had my own classroom I wouldn't have been looking for a job with the DoDDs. Ironic huh. Sounds like good pay. We get half that in Indiana. Is it a good place to work?
