I've got the book, and we had our first in-service. It's a lot more than room arr. and materials. Documentation and assessement are far more involved than anything I've seen with 3's before. As is the coding of lesson plans for the 50 objectives of the curriculum. I'm sure it will eventually come togetether. Our director expects it to be a gradual process not something that happens over night, which is good. Jenny
