Planning time

Do you really get time during the day to actually sit down with colleages and plan/discuss? We have to do all of this after school or before school. Some daysI am lucky if I have 30 minutes during the day to do anything, because I have to pull lunch duty on Wednesdays.
I spend so much time on school work that my family at times thinks I live there (I begin to believe it too) But almost all the teachers in my building do this (or at least the ones that actually care about what they are doing and for who they are doing it for)
I am just impressed that you have time during the school day. Yeah for you!!
