Hmmm... with all the paper you poor people are having to put on the walls, from the flair to the rubrics, maybe someone should invite the fire department to come down and do a surprise inspection of their own! I'm sure that they would LOVE all the flair. I know in our town, we're being told to only put up as much as we need to, because we can only have 50% of our wall space covered.
