Read my reply to a thread above. It will give you some insight as to what our plan is like. This insurance battle does include all education workers and state workers. Governor Fletcher has began to try and balance the budget on the backs of education employees. This is evident in the fact that his employees statewide (not education) received an 18% raise to cover the rising costs of healthcare coverage. We received a 1.5%. This is not even making a dent in the costs that were faced with paying. The overall issue is not money or raises, it is healthcare.
