IR time

ABSOLUTELY, my kids read their own chosen book EVERY SINGLE DAY! I think this is probably one of the most important parts of a reading classroom. I try real hard to give them 15 to 20 minutes each day. I've seen kids that HATE to read turn into real readers by the end of the year! It's a great feeling.
