You didn't mentionthe grade, but I have recently read the cutest book to my kids and it was about a class doing a survey on one another. You may think it's kind of gross, but I thought it was funny and so did my students. It's by Louis Sachar...Marvin Redpost-Why Pick On Me?The boy is accused of nosepicking and it turns into his survey question...Do you pick your nose? It is really cute and the kids totally relate. I know this does not answer your survey question, but I thought it was good for related reading. Have fun!
