I questioned something, and I got an offensive reply not only from anon but from you too. Yes it's a situation. You are still trying to tell me it was an accident. I didn't even see it. I was told by the other teacher
it was deliberate and it would be swept under the carpet. I'm not in one bit insulted by your post but it is the truth that hurts, right. It's pretty childish to be battling over something so silly. I will keep my opinion that in some instances tattling may be needed. Especially when another teacher is trying to cover up something that has put students in danger. I am not saying this

happened in this situation. I am not saying anon was trying to cover it up. However, I did try to think in the shoes that the other teacher might have thought. You did state, "there was a parent on the playground and she was appalled." That was my only thought that maybe there was something genuine about the conversation with the principal. Maybe it was the principal that took it out of line and not the teacher. I am sure glad that where I work is nothing like some of the places I read on here. We are a very close team and I would hate to be in some of your shoes.
