I work in a school where most of the teachers clock out at 2:45, the time students are dismissed. My school is desperately in need of teachers who are willing to stay late and put in some extra work, and we are few and far between. As I leave every day at 4, I pass the connected music rooms, and both teachers are always still there. I admire them for their dedication, and this post makes me think I should mention it to them, or at least give them a thumbs-up.
