compliance

Clip to ScrapBook
I think it is important for the regular education teacher to know that they are REQUIRED to be in compliance with the IEP. If they refuse to make the accommodations or adaptations that are on the IEP then they are out of compliance, and the parent could have a case against THEM, as well as the school. This can change attitudes real fast. I would continue to send the email updates. I would save hard copies of each email and each response, or non response. This way, if it does go to due process, you are also covering your self. Your administration should be dealing with this.
