continent
By joanna

Clip to ScrapBook
I have a song my Spec. Ed. class learned in one day and by the second day they could label the 7 continents. I goes with the tune of "Are You Sleeping; Brother John"

It goes like this:
North America (hold up your
right hand and the students will hold up their left hand), Europe (touch your nose), Asia (hold up your left hand and it will be the students right hand), Africa (take your hands and start at the center of your waist near your bellybutton and move your hands around your waist), South America (put your right hand on your knee the students left hand), Austrilia (put your left hand on your
left knee), Antartica (have the students stomp on the floor)

All together it is:
North America, Europe, Asia
Africa, Africa
South America, Austrilia,
Antartica, Antartica.

I hope this was not to confusing.
