My obs. is for 30 m. It can be on the sci. method or the st. describing the physical properties of materials, (ie texture, size, color, and shape) These are 2 different topics. My dilema is that if I choose the sci. method, my students will not understand more than what they see, they will be unable to form a hypothesis. The assessment for the physical properties topic is the st. will design a series of mystery boxes that include materials of different texture, etc and a RIDDLE to describe them. My kids cannot design a riddle. I am not sure I can either. Again I thank you for trying to help me! Rachel
