Managing those letters

I have 5 cooperative groups. Each group is assigned a "day". One of my students made a chart. The Tigers are Monday, so on Monday, those students turn in their RW folders with their letters to me.It takes me twenty minutes to respond to 4 letters a day. (sometimes 5) My assistant also responds when someone addresses the letters to her. I hope that helps. I usually take them home, or do them first thing in the morning.
