Aggressive Behavior

I have 22 students this year. They are physical (bumping into each other and some hitting). Our school rule is that hitting is unacceptable and the adminstration backs it 100%. They even come to the classroom and tell the students. The consequence is a trip to the office (principal/assistant principal) and a phone call home from the classroom teacher. The first child that broke the rule was sent to the office, his mother came in the following day, and it has not happened again. I'm keeping my fingers crossed!
