Now coach..I usually agree with you wholeheartedly, but not on this one. The librarian is a certified teacher with a masters degree. They accepted the position knowing they would have to manage all grade levels of children. Part of being a librarian in an elementary school is the ability to manage the library WITH STUDENTS IN IT. It is part of the job for which they are paid to do.
