I am also trying to make my sub folder better. I thought I would make an extra copy of our phone number list with the office and counselor high-lighted. I always make a photo list after we get the pictures back after picture day. Rainy day recess info, etc. As MK mentioned, I don't want to overload it. I was thinking about switching from a pocket folder to a small binder with the papers put into sheet protectors....what do you all think?
