Been a while since I have been on this board still same old same old. I know I should speak up to our union and I do have valid arguements and concerns, I do pay my union dues every year - why I don't know. $590 dollars this year alone!!! However I am currently going back to school and there is light at the end of my tunnel. Don't know why we are just ignored probably because our hearts are so big, and people just take us as being whiney when we do speak up. I have been told I am just too nice. That is not a reason to be taken advantage of though. Hope for the next person who takes my job.
