K Position

I am a K teacher, and during my interview, I made a point to let the interviewers know that I want to make their K year very successful but also interesting and fun because this is their first year of school. You do not want to bore them, so they will hate school. I added that it is like "PR" for the rest of the school. Get the parents involved and happy from the start so they will continue to enjoy their children's education and school. Add that you want to make your students "life-long learners". Just some thoughts! : )
