sending kids back early

We don't have a librarian so I stay with my kids with the library volunteers. If I take my class to a special, it is my professional period. I might not be in my classroom. And my contract provides for that time so I do not have to have students with me then. In fact, if there is no sub for a special, I get paid a whopping $12 to cover. So misbehaving students shouldn't be sent back to my class.
