Morning Message
By Donna

Clip to ScrapBook
Scholastic publishes a great Morning Message how to book. It gives you great ideas about how to make this part of your day exciting for your students. My kids are very young and immature and need a more repetitive message. I put my message on sentence strips and change the day of the week, date and various other small items. The majority is predictable and repetitive so that it can aid my students with one-to-one correspondence and the beginnings of phonemic awareness. Good luck and have fun!
