A Plan of Pain & Suffering
By Coach

Clip to ScrapBook
Its not so much an effective plan, but an effective punishment. What are you going to do to the students that break your rules? What are other teachers you work with doing? D-hall? Sentences? Then what would be next? A phone call or note home? Office referral? A visit with their football or volleyball coach? The secret is to create an ever-increasing path of misery for students that disobey, while simultaneously rewarding the ones that do the right thing. The rewards don't need to cost anything. Compliments or your attention to them work fine - or maybe some free computer time. For some, just getting me away from them and off their back is a reward LOL
